Decided to look for another dining option from my accommodation & landed in Hollywood. The premises is fab, old style, very cosy & a warm atmosphere. The food was top class & very reasonable. The chap looking after us couldn't have done enough for us & made us feel so welcome. A super place & would highly recommend a visit.

We visited The Hollywood in on a Saturday afternoon in March 2016 and watched the rugby here. Real fire, real people and real lovely Guinness. Great spot after a long walk and not too far from Dublin. Highly recommended. Will be back soon.

Decided to head out for Sunday lunch and met up with family. We were quickly shown to a suitable table and given menus. The fish and chips was recommended by the barman and we all agreed it was by far the lightest batter ever tasted on fish. The guys sitting beside us had delicious chicken wings for starters and if... I hadn't been to the Hollywood Inn in about 4 years, but arrived on a busy Sunday, in the pouring rain after hiking through the Gap with our dog. Despite the weather, they opened the beer garden (part of which is covered) so that we could have lunch and not leave the muddy dog in the car. I tried to... More

Visited here on a quiet midweek winter's afternoon in January 2017 and can't find any fault whatsoever. Food was freshly cooked and delicious. Just one staff member and he was engaging and well able to run the place on his own. Lovely village for a walk around aswell. I'd recommend a visit to the Hollywood Inn.

Very friendly welcome nice comfortable surroundings. Waiters very friendly and attentive but not over powering. Fantastic wings to start (hot means hot) bruschetta was super. Kids meals were REALLY GREAT & fantastic value. Our mains (rib of beef) was excellent and plenty if veg. Well done, we will be back.

Located just off the N81 in west Wicklow, on the Wicklow gap turn off. Established in 1790, is this wonderful traditional Irish pub. The highlight was the warm hospitality provided by all the stall lead by a very attentive manager/owner. The food was superb, the 4 of us enjoyed a three course meal, consisting of dishes such as smokies (baked... More

Pat and Joe! I hope you did not tire too much when we kept coming back day after day! The food was so amazingly delicious and consistent that there seemed no reason to look further. Lunch, dinner and spirits were top shelf. You are at the top of my list in 2017!
