Went here for anniversary dinner on Thursday while in Wexford for a break away and wow was I surprised. Had a bit of trouble finding it , the building is really old and looked a bit worse for wear, as we walked through the door our eyes were greeted by large red curtains and a dimly lit hallway with cast... I've only tasted the food in the Vine restaurant as a take away dinner on several occasions and every time the meal was very tasty, portion more than one could eat and service quick and pleasant. I'm yet to enjoy the restaurant experience, if only I could persuade my husband that he likes Thai food as much as I do... More

First time to visit Vine on Thursday night and all I can't wait to go back. Food absolutely fantastic. Atmosphere lovely and relaxed. Staff esp a young man (David I think his name was)were so attentive and polite..really friendly. Hidden gem in Wexford that is well worth visiting.

We have been travelling for 4 weeks from Australia to Dubai, Salzburg, Paris, Nice...eating wo derful food & fine dining. When Jimmy McGees suggested this Thai we jumped at the chance to have a taste from home...(Thai is like the second staple in OZ). The Vine didnt disappoint...the prawn Pad Thai was to die for & the duck red curry... More

Great food and authentic Thai menu. The restaurant is always busy and it's advisable to prebook. Very attentive and helpful staff. BUT. I always feel that the tables and floors needs a good scrubbing down as they are STICKY. The decor is dated and in need of refurbishment.

Vine is set in a mid 19th century listed building in the heart of Wexfords Main Street since 2001. The kitchen is part of the dramatic high ceilinged dining room so Chef Raywat and his family are on view re-creating the taste of his native North Thailand .The atmosphere is laid back during the week and lively at the weekend. We love feeding individuals, couples, families or groups of 8 to 80.
