got a voucher for this resaurant. The location is good - lovely distance from the town for a walk or cheap enough in a taxi. The menu wasn't great and nothing really grabbed me. I eventually picked something and it wasn't available. Food was ok. When the waitress suggested something I went along with it but wasn't told that it... More

Our family went here today to celebrate my mum & dad in laws wedding anniversary. Positives: there is parking, food was tasty, service was friendly (took a long time to get the food but it was busy, so grand). Negatives: my mum & dad in law are together 55 years & married 50 today. They have been through a lot... More

Came here with my sister a few days ago. The place was busy & we had no reservation so we were seated beside the door at the back. I ordered the seafood linguine, €23. I was extremely disappointed, while I ate it all (I was starving), it lacked taste & imagination, it honestly just tasted like a jar of dolimo... More

Went there for a family meal on the way home from a day trip. We ordered Calamari to start for us to share and they cam out in bags and were so crispy and tasty. Also a complimentary warm pumpkin sead loaf was brought out whic was delicious. Loads of choice on the menu and plenty of seafood which I... More

Stopped in here for a bite Saturday morning. Location is facing a carpark but interior is well designed, has a bar on one side and restaurant the other, nobody there really when we arrived 11.45am but began to get busier. I ordered the whole hog breakfast, as the ingredients appealed, it was good but my imagination got the better of... More

On my many trips to Drogheda I find it hard no stop in to the restaurant for lunch and dinner. I keep saying to my wife that we will try somewhere else but the restaurant calls to me and I always end up there. The staff and the meals are always top standard and no doubt on my next trip... More

A recent trip home found us in the ESB twice. It was great. Fresh modern tastes, good setting and excellent service. Smaller bites/starters probably the best but overall excellent.
