Everyone has spoken of Freddy's as being the best restaurant in Limerick since we moved here 12 years ago. For one reason or another we haven't made it until this weekend, and boy was it worth the wait! Friendly, attentive staff, amazing food, warm atmosphere and all very well priced! The wine list is varied and prices are very reasonable.... More

Seriously, OMG! The food was amazing, the staff was so attentive, the whole restaurant is allergy friendly. We had the best lamb and goat cheese (not together). Probably because the source of the food was raised a few towns away. Food be at anything back in the states.

My boyfriend and I dined in Freddys recently, it was my first time. I was not disappointed!! My boyfriends dad said to us "try sit downstairs, its nicer" so when we arrived we asked where we were sitting. Liz, the manager/owner we assumed, offered us a table both upstairs and downstairs to which we decided we preferred upstairs despite the... More

The food is okay, not worth the €83 for two 3-course meals we had with a glass of Sprite each. We've had better food for a lot less money in many other establishments across Limerick.

Number 2 on trip adviser and we'll worth a visit. The restaurant was very busy but the service and food was excellent. Probably a good idea to book a table.

Visited evening mid-week, no booking but were reasonably quickly seated though restaurant was busy. Starters, main course and dessert were all excellent. Service very attentive. Would highly recommend this establishment and suggest booking at peak times. Would definitely come again if in the area.

Made a last minute booking here and was shocked to get it as usually you have to fight tooth and nail to get a booking. The restaurant itself is intimate and is located hidden at the edge of an alley. The staff are so friendly and nothing seems like a chore. The food is delicious - the steak was cooked... More

Had dinner here recently. Staff very friendly and efficient. Food was top quality and we both had fish which was cooked to perfection. One of the positive features of this restaurant is the quality of the vegetables that accompanied the main fish or meat. All of the vegetables were cooked to perfection and were extremely flavoursome in their own right.

Thank John C
