This cafe is in central Kilkenny and is an eatery with a difference. This is no greasy spoon and instead has healthy, tasty food with unusual flavour combinations that are fabulous. It has pleasant surroundings with excellent, friendly service. The only downside is that, while most dishes are well priced, some dishes are slightly overpriced for the portions served. Well... Small cafe with excellent service, good food, very good coffee and quaint surroundings. We stopped first for a very good breakfast: excellent yoghurt with berries/ muesli, pancakes, avocado & feta. Lunch is good also with the usual sandwiches, salads (very inventive), soups. Highly recommend Cafe la Coco!

I regularly go to cafe la coco for anything from coffee to crepes to sandwiches. As if the amazing quality of the food isn't enough to keep me coming back, the staff are the best in the world. They are always accommodating, friendly and chatty. I always feel at ease when I visit this place. The decor is adorable and... More

Had a quick coffee and cake here. Was impressed. Small but quaint with quick service. Was busy at lunchtime. I'd go back to try their lunch menu, going on the excellent coffee and almond tart I enjoyed.

Visited here after reading other reviews but sadly we found this place was very average, Vegetable soup was very spicy?? and kids couldn't eat it. My bagel was nice but nothing special. Cake selection was poor.

Amazing menu, fabulous food, delightful people who worked so hard to make our lunch lovely. Cafe la coco have kept to their ethos of fresh, healthy food with a modern twist to test and develop your taste buds for different foods. Highly Recommend !

This is a little of the beaten track off the high street which is what makes this place so special. Their coconut latte is the best I've ever tasted and so beautifully presented. The oreo cake is delicious if you're looking for a treat. Tastefully decorated, quaint and the staff are lovely :)
