Definitely would recommend visiting if you are in Kilkenny, there is also a parlour in Killarney, Kerry as well. Lovely ice cream, a bit expensive but well worth it. Staff are lovely and answer any enquires.

Ice cream made with only the best quality ingredients from Dingle. They use the best local cream, free range eggs and organic sugar. For their sorbets they even use distilled rain water! Amazing flavors, keeps me coming back for more every week.
