We visit this place most time we stay in Killarney. Great variety of food and drink to suit all palates. The decor is questionable, though as it celebrates male writers and forgets that there are Irish women writers too!!
We liked it so much that we went there on all three nights of our stay in Killarney. A special mention for our two smiling and efficient waitresses, Siobhan and Aine. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Good food at reasonable prices.
Had a great dinner Mussels followed by Beef and Guinness stew Very friendly staff. Great value for money
Visited 6pm tonight for meal and chose from the early bird specials menu, 19:95 Euro I think for three course meal, for extra 5euro you can have steak with sauce . Restaurant was pleasant and clean, staff polite food tasty, would go again
Irish looking place served by irish ppl. Nice choice of egg and omelettes, cakes an more. Try to get a table overlooking the street and you might meet the raven, begging for food at the window. Latte is good and they bring you lovely bread...More

We had a fabulous meal at Sceal Eile Restaurant. There were 6 adults and it was no problem for them to set up a table for us. Service was excellent and the food was fantastic. Great value too. Would certainly eat here again.
