About
Set above Bricín Shop, Bricín Restaurant and Boxty House is a well known name on the lips of many people. Opened in November 1991, its popularity is down to the fine food produced by Owner/Chef Paddy McGuire and by the warmth of welcome and hospitality shown front of house by Owner Johnny McGuire. Between them they have an exceptional product that has been 21 years plus in the making.

Worth the trip. The restaurant seated us without reservations; me my husband and daughter, and were very hospitable.

The food & service at Bricin is always amazing. Whenever I'm back in Killarney, I always try to have dinner there at least once. The food is locally sourced & couldn't recommend just one thing on the menu, so get it all. Very good selection...More

The restaurant itself is charming, but that is nothing compared to the warm welcome provided by the staff. My name was remembered and used, my food was delicious and the seating quite comfortable. If you're traveling around Christmas, the Christmas pudding, made by the owners...More

We visit Killarney every December and Bricin is always on our list of restaurants to eat in. The staff are so friendly especially the owner who recognises us when we arrive and makes us feel so welcome. The food is fantastic and well presented

We had a very nice dinner at Bricin and found both the food and service excellent. Will definitely return to Bricin on my next visit to Killarney. Make reservations early as it is a popular place.

Had dinner in Bricin here recently with friends. As usual food was delicious, service was most efficient and friendly. Brilliant variety on menu. Obviously very popular restaurant judging by the amount of people waiting for a table. Tip - book well in advance

We had a great dinner at Bricin, solid service and great value for the money. Also enjoyed a couple pre-dinner pints across the street at Jack C's Pub. Good combination for authentic Irish experience.

Sorry just seeing this now. Hope you haven't been. I would pull up their website and check the menu. I can't recall if there was a vegan boxty or not, sorry.
