The scallops were even better than the boxty. The salad with the boxty was rather normal. Excellent service.

Restaurant and Craft shop, funny combination but it works. Nice décor, good table layout ensured that even though the place was very busy other diners were not invading your space. Good variety of menu choices, delicious food at reasonable prices.

For a late Tuesday night dinner, this restaurant came to our rescue. It was crowded, but they accommodated our hunger, and special dietary needs with hospitality. The upstairs main dining area was full of charm, good service, and delightful food. Highly recommended.

My wife and I were drawn to this restaurant by the menu outside which promised boxty (an Irish potatoe cake for those who don't know). The restaurant has a most un-prepossessing entrance - you enter through a shop. Up a wide polished stairway and you find yourself in a beautiful old world restaurant with charming ambience. I had boxty with... More

We both got Boxty, which was recommended by our tour guide. I had the vegetarian and my husband had the beef. They were both very good and it was nice to try a local dish. The service was outstanding.

My best dinner in Ireland so far. A very special place, with a very nice owner and caring staff, very good food, traditional and of high quality. Our mains were the rack of lamb and the boxty, both excellent. It is a restaurant where you feel relaxed, taken care of, so conversation just keeps flowing as you enjoy your dinner.... More

Stunning restaurant. It's a different experience entirely. The service was amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff who clearly take pride in delivering outstanding service. The food was also amazing. Generous portions and absolutely delicious. The pear crumble is to die for! All in all was not as expensive as I expected, however we were on the early bird. I will... We were thrilled to get reservations at Bricin as it came highly recommended. I really had a hard time deciding what to eat as there were so many exceptional dishes on the menu. For apps we had the Mussels and Spring Rolls. Both were wonderful and the broth in the Mussles was delicious. For entrees we had the Rib-eye steak... More

The upstairs was filled with locals that we're celebrating various things. Also the Boxty was perfect and service really terrific. Just quaint authentic Irish food at its best.
