The delightful, knowledgeable and attentive Alan O'Donovan led our experience with great charm. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, learned a lot about whiskey, tasted some wonderful brands, and had a great lunch following. My only disappointment was that Irish Mist was not available to taste....

We do indeed, for example our delicious goats cheese and beetroot salad or our smoked salmon salad. Alternatively we can use gluten free bread instead of brioche for our sliders.
