An amazing setting for a meal. Still all the signs that this was a church. Thee was live music and dome Irish dancing too which was good. Food was good quality and standard for Dublin prices. Service also very good.

We passed by accident this place and were immediately intrigued. Since we had dinner already we had a drink at the bar. We made our own Gin & Tonic tasting. The barkeeper was very attentive, did everything what we asked for and was knowledgable. In short we had a great evening. We decided to come back the next day for... More

We visited The Church on our last day in Dublin - we hadn't prioritised it but thought it was quirky enough in which to have our last pint of Guinness and some pub food. It didn't disappoint - the service was good and the sausage and mash that we both ordered was probably the best I've had in a pub.... More

I feel like this place is a tourist trap. Cool old church turned into a restaurant. Oh how neat. We were a party of 7, and received excellent service from our waitress. Most of us ordered different items off the menu. I had the steak sandwich, which was two 1/4" thick pieces of steak so small that they barely took... More

Went here with relatives from Holland after a days shopping and not impressed. Food took too long and when came out, the chicken wings were cold.

First, it is a really cool restaurant that used to be a church. It is HUGE, I almost got lost on my way back from the restrooms :D The food is delicious, I had the Chicken Ala Brassa and it was so good, I think I could easily have eaten another portion. For dessert I had the apple pie. and... More

Stumbled on this by accident, but very easy to find as it is at the end of the pedestrian precinct off O'Connell's st. Two eateries within one, the balcony above the main bar was taking bookings and the main bar area was just walk in. We took the main bar option, good selection of food and drink st fair prices.... In December 2016 me and my partner had two lovely meals at the church. It is beautiful inside and has plenty of seating. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.
