Six of us turned up here for evening meal, we had not booked and it was extremely busy. The staff were lovely, apologised and told us we would have a wait of approx 20 mins.but that they would accommodate us as soon as they could, which they did by moving tables around and even setting an extra one up. The... More

The old mill Irish restaurant and bar is a night mare when it comes to service and getting food orders right. My friend ordered from the vegetarian menu a Cesar salad and side of root vegetables. Well they brought her the starter salad, so she informed the server that it was the dinner one from the vegetarian menu. Well... The... More

So glad we read the reviews as this place is tucked away and would be easily missed! It is upstairs in a very lively area of Temple Bar but amazing food and friendly staff. Very good value but busy so you may have to wait for a table but it's worth it - Best meal we have eaten in Dublin!

A must, the food is absolutely lovely....don't walk by the board outside, the restaurant is upstairs in the temple bar district, the bailey's cheese cake is sumptuous, the breakfast (served until 3 pm) is large and filling..

Great food!! We got a table right away. Prices for lunch were very responsible, about £10.00 per person.

If you happen to be near Temple Bar for dinner, this restaurant is a must. Courses arrive really quick and are really worth the cost, and to top it all the staff is simply amazing. I highly suggest going to this restaurant at least once while you're in Dublin, you won't regret it.

The food was really lovely here, and the portions are huge! The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I was really happy they had a separate vegetarian menu too so it was easy to see the options, they also had a separate gluten free menu which is helpful.

We stopped by for dinner on a busy Friday night, and this was an unexpected surprise. The food was excellent - high quality, generous portions, reasonably priced. The place was buzzing, and filled with locals, who must know something!

Had our first meal in Dublin and it was the best. I had the traditional Irish stew which was very tasty, my wife had the Dublin coddle and she too was impressed. Good portions for reasonable price. Busy upstairs venue but service was good. Wished I'd gone back

Thank Christopher C
