I hate to admit that I came here just to say I did. But I totally did. Honestly that was the reason that I picked it, sad to say. We didn't go out of the way or anything we were staying at a hotel a few blocks away. I really only wanted to have a drink but each night it... More

Centrally located, great booze, fast service. The atmosphere is welcoming and there are no TVs!!! This is a typical Irish pub for sure so bring you higher tolerance level and your love of conversation and meeting people. If you don't like crowds, stay home!

During our trip to Dublin, had to call in as it seems the place to be seen.Stopped a bite to eat in the evening, the food was okay nothing outstanding, but the drinks prices are a bit steep 10 euros for a pint and a coke.Ouch! But you have to remember where you are.The live singer was particularly good and the atmosphere is... More

Watched the NZ vs Ireland Rugby game here & it was litt! Had the most amazing time, the pub is huge! There's outdoor areas to smoke! Downfall would probably be the size of the tv screens, but otherwise good pub. Cheers Dublin :)

Temple Bar is a lively, busy, touristy place. The bartenders are attentive though clearly see thousands of people a day and are "all business." I found there was usually live music, loud music, and a lot of stag and hen parties. You have to experience once for a pint, but once is probably enough.

The Temple Bar is a great place to enjoy Irish music. The different musicians offer a great selection of songs and ballads.

The Temple Bar Pub is an ideal place to have fun from afternoon to midnight. A lot of international people and a fantastic feeling in a historical ambience.

A single measure of vodka €7.05 and also they charged €3.20 for soda water as mixer... I do understand that the place is expensive but this is just ridiculous.

The place is incredible, atmosphere second to none. A must visit and their own brand of whisky went down very well, as did the Guiness of course.
