As a group of friends we meet up 4 times a year in town. We always go to an up market restaurant for a nice evening and a treat. Last night December 3rd we went to One Pico Restaurant. Although expensive, the whole evening was most enjoyable. The food, from the starters down to the coffee was delicious. The service... More

Four of us booked a meal here on the recommendation of a friend. The restaurant is quite central and is between Kildare Street and Dawson Street. It is quite small but has nice decor. A very small waiting area but tables in restaurant are well spaced. Food is fantastic. There is a fixed price menu with a good range of... More

Albeit down a back street off a building site behind St Anne's Church, we had a great evening out. What I would call "drawing room style" interior. Compact menu. Nice bread basket. I have the mackerel followed by the hake and passion fruit posset. All very good and nicely presented. One of my friendly had the foie gras parfait and... More

Very classic setting for a friendly restaurant. Staff extremely professional and sufficiently attentive. Menu varied and food delicious. Wine choice good. It's a perfect venue for lunch or dinner I can't believe you'd be less than satisfied.

From the moment we walked in the door, this was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive all night. The restaurant itself is very comfortable and elegant, but the food steals the show. We had risotto to start, gnocchi and venison as mains, and cremeux to finish. The wine that was recommended was matched perfectly with... More

The service is fantastic in this restaurant. Relaxed and friendly but always professional. It's what makes one pico special. The food is also extremely tasty with a great choice from the menu. Also good value for the calibre of food and service. Would recommend.

One Pico is simply a seriously good restaurant with nice attentive services. The menu is on the short side - 6 starters, 6 main dishes which for me equates with quality. Nice comfortbale décor, and the the tables are too close to each other.

A truely reliable and good humoured lunchtime venue. The service is, as always, exceptionally professional yet a friendly mix of supurb and friendly. It is not intrusive.....and is most very pleasant. The food is composed to perfection...excellently presented...by impressive staff...and wonderful flavours. The skinny chips have unfortunately grown just a tad 'fat', but notwithstanding that, the lunchtime experience is worth... More

Description
Just off of St Stephen's Green One Pico is one of Dublin's hottest dining destinations. But with acclaimed chef Eammon O'Reilly at the helm and a number of accolades including; "2010 Dublin Chef of The Year" by The Irish Restaurant Awards, but most importantly (in our opinion) a Toptable Gold award. One Pico isn't all about fashion and being seen in the latest hot spot. Exceptionally good service is the ideal accompaniment to stunning modern classic food all beautifully prepared on the premises and a simple, sophisticated décor where intimacy is guaranteed. A monthly changing menu ensures you'll never grow bored of One Pico's impressive seasonal cooking with its homely Irish twist.
