A mid week business lunch. We both had the magnificent goats cheese which was both delicious and beautifully presented. Again we both had the cod which was perfectly cooked and very nice. I'm not sure about the beans on which it was served....a tad undercooked, but not unpleasant. Not a pairing I would have expexted. The consistent and pleasant professional... More

Quiet restaurant. Server knew the menu very well. Limited menu with set price. Not good if people in the group are not very adventurous (though the kids in our group got the filet and it was "the best filet ever and the sauce was amazing) The wine list was not up to date (we ordered a bottle of red and... Nice quaint atmosphere. Service was average (a little snooty and slow). Food was good but small portions and not as good as other restaurants in the area. No olives for martinis!

This was our first time here forlunch and itwas a very pleasant surprise. We had the risotto for starter which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Followed by lamb steak and side of green beans and baby potatoes. It was presented beautifully; and taste was very good. Desserts were only excellent All in all

Okay so we arrived at 2.15, which we booked but the kitchen closes at 2.45. However they were fine and the starters came quickly and were delicious- I had the risotto which wasn't overly salted, then the cod for main which is as delicious. Others loved their food two. For wine we asked for a recommendation and the cheapest bottle... More

Foie Gras - uninspired Fish main (Cod I believe) - tasteless, lacked basic seasoning, various components of the dish just seemed pointless and added nothing to the dish. Apricot soufflé - ok

Loved the staff, loved the food, felt quite reasonable. The decor could be a bit better... it;s quite plain and for the money it could have a bit more individuality. We had the rabbit... which if you aren't a big meat eater I wouldn't get as it's every bit. The eel starter was great! Oh and the puddings are really... More

I asked my wife to sum up dinner at one pico following an early doors session, her reply was "it's really good". So let me elaborate a touch if I may. The house champagne was first class, I suspect better than the usual suspect "branded" alternatives. Why so? lively and with an extremely pleasant after taste. By contrast some of... More

Attended for a birthday lunch. Whole downstairs booked for the party about 60 people. Service was excellent, only criticism I would have was the over servicing of the wine glass, virtually topped up with every sip taken. 3 course set meal with three selections for each course. The taste and presentation was at a very high standard for all 3... More

Description
Just off of St Stephen's Green One Pico is one of Dublin's hottest dining destinations. But with acclaimed chef Eammon O'Reilly at the helm and a number of accolades including; "2010 Dublin Chef of The Year" by The Irish Restaurant Awards, but most importantly (in our opinion) a Toptable Gold award. One Pico isn't all about fashion and being seen in the latest hot spot. Exceptionally good service is the ideal accompaniment to stunning modern classic food all beautifully prepared on the premises and a simple, sophisticated décor where intimacy is guaranteed. A monthly changing menu ensures you'll never grow bored of One Pico's impressive seasonal cooking with its homely Irish twist.
