Great location although streets in and around are torn up and full of diversions A great welcome The menu is or appears to be fixed 3 courses with a good choice at each course. I enjoyed the goats cheese starter and main course of cod; didn't really need the pudding but needed to justify the €49

One Pico, in Dublin, was a surprising find. We eat out alot and found here delicious, creative food paired with excellent service. Our waiter Samuel was charming and attentive - - he made our experience fun. Arnaud, the sommelier, was also willing to stop and chat about wine - - we love to talk about wine. The vegetarian option was... More

This is a great restaurant and I've never had a bad experience here. Service is attentive, relaxed and friendly. Food is excellent, portions are befiiting the kind of establishment that it is. Parmesan Risotto followed by Quail and finished off with a lovely Apricot Souffle. Lovely wines accompanied the courses. Delicious homeade pumpernickel bread. The restaurant is bright and light... 8 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal celebrating my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The service was friendly and impeccable. The food was delicious; well presented and all round yummy. The ambience and decor was luxurious yet comfy. It has been 10 years since I was last here and I certainly wont leave it that long again.

A mid week business lunch. We both had the magnificent goats cheese which was both delicious and beautifully presented. Again we both had the cod which was perfectly cooked and very nice. I'm not sure about the beans on which it was served....a tad undercooked, but not unpleasant. Not a pairing I would have expexted. The consistent and pleasant professional... More

Quiet restaurant. Server knew the menu very well. Limited menu with set price. Not good if people in the group are not very adventurous (though the kids in our group got the filet and it was "the best filet ever and the sauce was amazing) The wine list was not up to date (we ordered a bottle of red and... Nice quaint atmosphere. Service was average (a little snooty and slow). Food was good but small portions and not as good as other restaurants in the area. No olives for martinis!

This was our first time here forlunch and itwas a very pleasant surprise. We had the risotto for starter which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Followed by lamb steak and side of green beans and baby potatoes. It was presented beautifully; and taste was very good. Desserts were only excellent All in all

Okay so we arrived at 2.15, which we booked but the kitchen closes at 2.45. However they were fine and the starters came quickly and were delicious- I had the risotto which wasn't overly salted, then the cod for main which is as delicious. Others loved their food two. For wine we asked for a recommendation and the cheapest bottle... More

Description
Just off of St Stephen's Green One Pico is one of Dublin's hottest dining destinations. But with acclaimed chef Eammon O'Reilly at the helm and a number of accolades including; "2010 Dublin Chef of The Year" by The Irish Restaurant Awards, but most importantly (in our opinion) a Toptable Gold award. One Pico isn't all about fashion and being seen in the latest hot spot. Exceptionally good service is the ideal accompaniment to stunning modern classic food all beautifully prepared on the premises and a simple, sophisticated décor where intimacy is guaranteed. A monthly changing menu ensures you'll never grow bored of One Pico's impressive seasonal cooking with its homely Irish twist.
