Visited here last week after reading about the Irish stew on a website. There was live trad on when I went in, good atmosphere. Looks like a proper old school Irish pub. It's a big bowl of delight. Plenty of lamb, vegetables and a nice portion of mash potato. The Guinness bread that came with it was lovely too. The... More

I didn't love the lamb stew I got, but the rest of my family liked their meals. It is right across the street from the Brazen Head pub, so a decent choice when they are too busy to get in :) They had live Irish music, which my daughter loved!

Good, Irish food. The seafood chowder is great. I had it twice! I can also recommend the curry (I had the vegetarian option). The fish and chips were regular. Go, instead, with a meal-sized portion of the seafood chowder.

I find myself going to this pub fairly regularly these days. It's a lovely place. Staff are always on the ball and we'll turned out. The pub itself is always clean and each time I return, I find that something has been tweaked to improve my visit. Food is very good and the pints are great. New smoking area has... More

The fish and chips was great. The lamb stew and a pint special was tiny, though the lamb was very tender.

By all means, check out this pub, which is more where the locals go, a little bit off of the beaten path. Great Irish music (and you must to on a Monday night for the Irish Dancing....and, warning, you WILL get pulled up there to join them! Very friendly staff, just a place we fell in love with! Can't wait... More

My three friends and I decided to go to O'shea's because they were advertising live music every night, and it was close to our flat. The music definitely did not disappoint!! It was a duo playing traditional Irish songs, with a few modern ones thrown in. The atmosphere was perfect! In addition, the food was excellent. I ordered the steak... More
