I can't imagine what it was otherwise. My friend had gammon and Yorkshire pudding (which was lukewarm). The Irish music and dancing was not on until... More

I can see that some folks find the system difficult when it is busy. However, the carvery food is exceptional, especially the roast beef. Staff work hard too and are friendly

Being from America, we simply did not understand how to get waited on, and it was crowded and not easy to figure out. We could not locate menus or anyone to explain the process to us. We ended up in a buffet line whee I felt like we paid too much for a meal that was just not as good... More

O'neills at lunch can be annoying to good depending on few things. First, the wait at the steam table for middling pub grub is a poor choice. Having to wait on line to get made to order, pretty good fish and chips enervates. But, if you just get the cold plates which are fairly priced and pretty good, select from... More

Our hotel concierge recommended O'Neill's for a good breakfast at a reasonable price and he was right! We ate breakfast at O'Neill's our first morning in Dublin and was surprised at the huge portions. We probably could have split one breakfast. We came back for dinner at their carvery that first night and the second night. Again, the portions were... More

Great live music and Irish dancing and the food is delicious and they serve up very generous portions (especially the fish and chips). Make sure you get there at least an hour before live music starts to get a table. A great casual place to while away a few hours.
