Great food but the service a bit surly. For the carvery you line up with tray. Cashier surly but the food is great. Corned big and fish chips huge portions. Crowed at dinner time go a bit later. Have music but it was on a screen no idea where it was in building.

Called in on Saturday morning recently at about 11.30am, not too many people so hardly run off their feet. Waited for a menu and waited. Finally after 5/6 minutes went up to bar and asked for a menus despite staff going about on the floor. After choosing what my wife and I wanted I had to go back to the... More

Had breakfast here recently. They run a promotion where a full Irish is €6.95 Mon-Fri before a certain time. The breakfast was very tasty and served well. Only issue was that it took c 40 mins to prepare.

My friend booked for 11 of us to have lunch. It was busy and were unaware we had to self-serve and select the food , the food was good but would've preferred table service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and wide variety of drinks! Would recommend a visit if in the area!

We went here one night during a conference in Dublin- it's very popular and tables were all taken - but we grabbed a pint and waited for a table to open up and glad we did. You order at the carvery- so, you find a table- decide what you want - and then go to an area where you order... More

Went there twice while I was in Dublin: first time I went at night and saw a joyful Irish music concert and also some traditional dances from Ireland. The shows were free, the sider was great – a lot of people and confusion, but it was fun to embrace all that. I went there a couple of days later to... More

After a busy day touring your beautiful city, it was always a pleasure to relax with a feed and a pint of guiness in this friendly pub. We tried many traditional dishes such as irish stew and their carvery section. Delicious food that made your mouth water. Keep it up.

Our tour guide recommended this place to eat. He said it was a place locals liked to go as well. So once we walked in, there were instructions on how to start. We waited in line to grab a tray and then told the servers what we wanted. I got a Sheppard's Pie and my husband got a stuffed chicken.... More

It's a nice place to dodge into and to get away from the hectic shopping district. They have a huge selection of beer and cider on tap. Quite popular with the university, business and tourist crowd equally.

Terrific old pub scene in Temple Bar section of Dublin. Takes a bit to figure out how to order. Feels a bit like a cafeteria - many of the food items are prepared, sitting under a warming lamp. Other items are cooked to order. Food was average.
