I ate the boxy house burger which was good , but the best part was the boxty fries. Fries made out of potato pancake, really good. We ordered a separate side order with just the boxty fries for the hole table to share. Friendly staff also.

The food was really great and the place was hip. The one thing I was a bit disappointed in was they didn't honor a 2 for 1 coupon that was given out by the City Hop On Hop Off tour.

My partner and I were in Dublin for a short stay and tryed Boxty for dinner and I'm very glad we did. The food was phenomenal and so was the service, the poor lassie (meave) was run off her feet but managed to keep up with everyone's demands, even with her sunburn 👍. Highly recommend if your after good grub!!

You cannot miss in dublin the famous irish potato pancakes. Poor ingredients that make a rich in taste food... what better? Prices on average in dublin

We ate here twice during our last trip to Dublin, so thought we'd try it again. Just as good. Excellent boxtys and nice glass of white wine. Friendly helpful staff.

Was really looking forward to showing my husband some authentic Irish cuisine on our honeymoon, but unfortunately while it was ok it was uninspiring and we were left disappointed. Great atmosphere and decor though.

My wife and I both had the corned beef boxty and thoroughly enjoyed them. Fruit crumble for desert (delicious) with Baileys coffee. Robin served us (the Irish know how to make conversation...they are so natural and pure nice...you'll see what I mean once you've travelled there). She was a great waitress. You'll find the Boxty in the Temple Bar District... More

Walked in here one night and the girl on the door told us they were full but she would sort a table for us. After only ten minutes she took us to a table and the waitress came to take our orders. I had a great meal here, smoked pork boxty. It was busy, but the staff were friendly and my server took time to explain various dishes to me. I'd definitely come here again.
