6 of us went for dinner, I have been there before but 3 of the group had not. Patrick didn't disappoint, he blows your mind with the quality of food he turns out and the service is quality and professional, as to be expected from this top of the game reataurant. Will be back next year! Can't wait...

Thanks to the incredible generosity of a good friend, my husband & I had a voucher to the value of €250 for RPG which we used last night. A 3 course dinner from the A la Carte menu is €105 per person. The wine list is actually an enormous tome! Finding wine for less than 3 figures is not easy... More

The food construction, attention to detail, culinary innovation and ingredient quality were all too notch. My wife is a chef and we are both foodies who travel extensively so we know and appreciate great cuisine. I marked the restaurant down a hair because there were several Nichols on the bottles of wine we ordered, wine by the glass orders, and... More

Let's start by saying that this is not your daily dining spot and that the price automatically takes it into the realm of special occasions. We went with a group of eight, which usually puts demands on servers and adds to complexities of wine choices, etc. Food: I thought it was outstanding. My courses of lobster ravioli and poached turbot... More

I have to be honest and say we won the meal in Patrick Guilbaud. That said we really enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and we certainly never felt like we were the people with the 'free ticket'. We had the tasting menu and decided to try everything and we are glad we did. The food is an experience,... More

After visited the restaurant, I feel disappointed about the 2 stars given by Michelin Guide and wonder how could Michelin Guide granted 2 stars to such a lousy place. First of all, I visited the restaurant last week with a group of 4. We waited for an hour to be seated. We haven't been notified for the readiness of the... More

I dined here with my husband in July and it was an outstanding dining experience. The service was extraordinary and food sublime. It was not cheap but worth every penny. My husband and I laugh every time we consider the bill, but we would do it again, maybe for my 50th. Definitely a fabulous dining experience.

We had an underwhelming meal in what is supposed to be Dublin's best restaurant. The food is good but not outstanding. In my opinion, and all tastes are different, there are many better restaurants in Dublin and a week later we had a significantly superior meal in Forest Avenue. If you want to dine with Ireland's rich and famous, it... More

My son and I had dinner here while in Dublin in June. I have wanted to eat a Michelin starred restaurant for so long and Patrick Guilbaud did not disappoint! Every aspect of our experience was top notch. The service was impeccable and the food was incredible! I will definitely have dinner here on my next trip to Dublin.
