2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW

we were 14 guests, and many of us complained about the over seasoning of the main meal, very salty indeed, it is obvious therefore the sauce used was similar in the four differing menus served. The cheese board served was directly out of the fridge. This meal did not have any similarity to fine dining experienced by many of us... More

We celebrated our daughter's graduation yesterday at the recently refurbished Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud. We were a party of 10 and had pre lunch drinks in the lounge before sitting. Service and attention, led by Stefan was superb from start to finish. We ate a wide range of choices from the menu and everyone was delighted with their choices - beef,... More

My friend and I dined in restaurant Patrick Guillbaud on November 30th. It was a most wonderful, wondrous, wow experience. Firstly, the new look is amazing, daring and bold. Love the seating around the main space and the lighting is very effective. The room is bright, fresh and relaxing. Secondly, the service was impeccable and delivered with good humour and,... More

Went for a birthday dinner with a friend in January. Went for the 4 course taster. Hav eaten in Michelin star on many occasions but this really stands up to show it's second star. Food was phenomenal and the service the best I have recieved. Tandori Pink Grapefruit Halibut dish was something really special.

One of those days.......... Big birthday dinner planned...Horrendous traffic leaving home, fog and mist the whole way to Dublin, directions to the hotel requiring an MSc to be understood, thus arriving 30 minutes late for dinner FRAZZLED [and yes we did phone ahead to let them know]. In hoping to prevent further delay and be able to order quickly we... More

This was mine & my boyfriends first experience at a Michelin starred restaurant. It's just superb. On a whole other level. You are treated like absolute royalty from the moment you step in until the moment you leave. The food is impeccable, but the service had me in awe. It ran like clockwork. We can't wait to visit again.

The restaurant has been completely refurbished and is beautiful. The food is wonderful and the staff are so charming. We are always welcomed back and looked after so well. The sommelier has an excellent wine list and really knows hie stuff. Patrick Guilbaud came out to say hello and that was an added bonus.

This restaurant is the epitome of style and glamour. You could easily mistaken the outside of the building for another government office with very little given away of its true beauty inside. Once thru the inconspicuous black doors your greeted with opulent surrounding and the ever attentive staff. Newly refurbished it still has a touch of the 'old classic feel'... More

Amazing food and even better service. A great idea for a (very!!) special occasion! The selection of desserts was a good choice for indecisive diners.
