My son and I had dinner here while in Dublin in June. I have wanted to eat a Michelin starred restaurant for so long and Patrick Guilbaud did not disappoint! Every aspect of our experience was top notch. The service was impeccable and the food was incredible! I will definitely have dinner here on my next trip to Dublin.

We went to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend but I was very disappointed. I heard good stories about it but it is an old fashioned place and the people who served us were mainly not smiling. The food was good but not as good as I had before in star restaurants. I wonder how they received the 2nd star.... More

We were looking forward to going to this Michelin star restaurant, having been to some of the best in the world. The setting was superb, location ideal for the centre of Dublin. We were served drinks prior to dining and then selected our menu experience. We were shown to a delightful table in a busy restaurant. After waiting approximately 1hr.40mins,... More

Warmly welcoming, attentive, friendly staff who are a major asset. The synchronicity of the service was very theatrical. Amazing food and presentation. The spaciousness of the restaurant enables privacy. A marvellous affair.

We were brave and tried the 'surprise menu'. You have no idea what you will get, but we loved every dish. The service was excellent, first class. The presentation was top-notch. Attention to detail was obvious. Taste and innovation was evident. My wife is gluten free (celliac) and they adapted the menu with no problems whatsoever. Its pricey, but you... More

Absolutely superb! An experience and a delight! We had the 4 course task g menu and though each course was small it exploded with taste and you were not left hungry! Treat yourself!

We ordered the 8 course tasting menu. The starters and main courses including tuna, duck foie gras, blue lobster and squab pigeon, which all taste great. One of the courses is cheese. You can pick four different cheese from a variety of choices. The desert is a bit less exciting comparing to the other courses but still good. Overall I... More

We had been planning on going for lunch in Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud’s for a couple of years & eventually coordinated a date & secured a booking to go, so expectations were high. We dined here for lunch on a Saturday in July & booked 6 weeks in advance. It was the first time for all of us here. We commenced... More
