This is a vibrant, traditional irish pub. Food is nice, typically irish, music is live. I recommend the lobster salad. It's impressive.Good fit for 2, for a romantic dinner also. They have also outdoor seating.

Visited on a Saturday, very busy, were able to secure snug area, saw many live acts come and go all very good! Spent quite a while here, and staff were friendly especially the bouncers helping us avoid the drunk underagers out for gay pride while havimg a smoke!

Come early...6pm and grab your table outside and people watch while your drinks come. You will defiantly still hear the live music but will also be able to have a conversation with those at the table. Don't be in a hurry as the food takes time. This is actually a bigger venue than you think. The food was very tasty.

Spent many evening here, inside & out (but more out). Food was excellent, especially the burgers which is well worth the money. Beer is a little expensive but that didn't seem to put us off. Great atmosphere.

We stopped here for some lunch, a pint, and some traditional music. The bar service was good, the musicians were engaging, and the food was decent. This was our last day in Dublin, so didn't want to be up late, so it was nice to be able to catch some music in the afternoon in Temple Bar.

Didn't have a great experience at this restaurant on the 3rd floor. Service isn't very good at all, claims to have best chowder in town (which isn't chowder at all... it's a seafood soup, no cream, tomato based and it's not seasoned well). Do yourself a favor and get a few steps away from Temple Bar area and go to... More

Recommended here by another pubs bouncer after dinner. The pub has an excellent atmosphere. Certainly saw some "sights", from the window seat upstairs, alongside some cracking music upstairs. Charley-Marie :-), p.s Can not say about the food, we went night time.

Visited this restaurant because of live music, but you can't eat and dine at the same time, because the music and the restaurant are in different floors. The meal was better than expected, but the service was not friendly and the steaks were overdone. It os very tourist oriented.
