Lovely atmosphere and great staff. The noodle soups are to die for. Soups are served quite non-spicy, but you get two different sauces to balance the heat to your own liking. Great touch! Will be back!

I honestly couldn't tell. Haven't seen anyone bring their own alcohol in. Better contact the restaurant for answerring this questoin.
