First off, very cute cafe with a great ambience and friendly staff. I ordered the bacon Blaa. The Blaa was unbuttered so I had to ask for butter and the bacon was a bit chewy for my liking. I would return and try something else.

Was looking for a place that did a late breakfast and it was the first place that appeared up and near us. Breakfast was fab and loved the way it was presented in the tiny pan. It was delish. Will def revisit

Overly priced, small portions. Nice food but far too expensive for what it is. I wouldn’t return for this reason.

I had reasonable expectations for a place that looks like an old Irish living room. The atmosphere is definitely a hipster vibe, and they served my husband's lemonade in a wine glass, which felt odd. However, it was the first place we saw blaa on...More

My friends and I have recently visited Hatch and Son as we always meet there for lunch. The Irish man who ‘helps’ people find seats has the worst attitude I have ever come across. I explained that my friends were on their way over on...More

In Dublin for a quick stopover and was looking for somewhere to have breakfast. Initially walked past this place. Once inside, the staff and venue are welcoming, clean and open. It's nice to see the kitchen and your food being prepared. Food was good, just...More

I’m a regular at Hatch as it presents a comfortable place to eat well and relax for a while when in Dublin. Breakfast is traditional and cooked up freshly. Service is friendly and attentive.

A very nice little cafe downstairs in the basement underneath the Little Museum of Dublin on St Stephen's Green with very nice staff and a cosy kitchen atmosphere. It is furnished with simple wooden tables and chairs reminiscent of an old Irish kitchen. Tea is...More

We wanted to be a kitchen from the start. Heart of the house, source of sustenance, warmth and hospitality. A kitchen table is what we sat around discussing what evolved into Hatch and Sons and it remains central to what we do. All day dining of an informal and easy nature. No fuss, just good, honest, Irish food.
