The food here is terrible, service is terrible and the drinks are far too expensive. I can see how a lot of tourists would go here thinking it is a traditional Irish pub/food experience but there are so many better pubs in Dublin with better food and better live music. The only good thing about this place is the view... More

I had dinner in the restaurant above the classic pub downstairs. Service was slow (at least they apologized at the end) and the food (we had the cheese and chili burger) was significantly below average even for bar/pub food standards. We originally came to have dinner & drinks with live music, but in the restaurant they only put on speakers... More

If it weren't for a representative, I would have missed out a great experience. A friend and I were taken into a lane-way and upstairs into a hidden area which expanded into a vast, welcoming restaurant of two levels. I highly recommend sitting upstairs, as you get to enjoy the music and keep it a fun, social time, without any... More

A bit deceptive from the outside but you must go in. We ate upstairs on the loft, the BLT sandwich was very good and for 2 hours we listened to a fantastic solo acoustic guitar act. This guy played without a break and covered the 60's to 2000's. What a nice night!

The pub below was packed, so I suggested we go upstairs. We found the live music shown on a screen and we were the only two in the place when we arrived. We took a seat near a window that had a view of the ha'penny bridge. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. The view was... More

Service is now bad here. Used to be quite good. The older bartender is great, wish he was here tonight.

They had some nice traditional irish foods on the menu which weren't that expensive. It also had a nice atmosphere with live music and was generally a lot quieter than merchants arch pub down stairs.

Got stopped on the street and was asked to try this restaurant, gave it a shot . Ordered bar food and took 1hr 20 min to get food. Too many restaurants too choose from on this street dont bother with this one.

HI Kurt As you can imagine we would find a review like this suspicious as we have never had a customer waiting more than 20 minutes not alone 1h 20m for a meal in Brewery Lane since we have opened, (even during busy periods). All other comments above as you can see have been positive and we aim to keep... More

Great choice of craft beer on draught and bottle and good selection of world beers too. Great to find a craft beer bar in temple bar. Comfortable well spaced tables beer hall. Good live music every night. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone's reviews for Brewery Lane summarized our thoughts. Lovely view of The Liffey River, great friendly service, wonderful selection of craft beers, clean, not crowded, live music, etc etc etc. We came across this restaurant/pub by accident. We were in the pub below and checked upstairs for more space because it was packed. There were only a handful of people... More
