A good local busy pub. Food was average, nothing special but still ok. Was asked if we could share our dinner table, which was fine as the pub was very busy. Bar staff were great and a good selection of drinks. Live music most nights.

Went here with my sister who knew the locals. It's a family pub that plays music very regularly starting from about 10.30 pm. The atmosphere was brilliant as was the music and the service.

Very good grub, busy, busy place. Good Guinness and other ales. A bit too noisy for me but very atmospheric.

We ate here twice during our visit to Dublin, and both times the food, service and atmosphere were great. :)

One of my favorite pubs in Dublin. Bartender looked up and nodded when we came in, wait staff was friendly and helpful and the food was good and filling. Quintessential Irish pub with more locals than tourists.

Was in Dublin on a Hen Weekend & called in quite a few times. Always a great atmosphere although at times was really overcrowded. Toilets not in best place - down a very narrow flight of stairs. Good atmosphere but not ideal for those people who don`t like to share their personal space.

We visited The Celt on a Sunday evening with group of friends. It was very busy and we couldn't find a table so we shared with other people. It's a very friendly place, lively with good food and great Guinness and fantastic sing along entertainment.

It seems our experience is different to many other peoples. The wait staff were lovely, helpful and quick. However, the food was completely tasteless. I ladled on the salt to get any flavour but still no luck.

Went here after a recommendation from a musician we had met the previous night. What a little gem! Yes it gets very full, so if you want to sit down, best to arrive early and make a night of it! Great atmosphere and everyone was so friendly and welcoming
