Visited here following recommendations from the buzz online but have to admit I was pretty disappointed. Porterhouse seems to operate similarly in style to Whetherspoons in Britain. Cheap affordable pub grub with a wide range of affordable drinks. However despite a somewhat alright service by...More

Thank you for your review, please be assured your comments regarding food have been taken on board & brought to the attention of our senior management. This is not a true representation of how we do business & we hope you will be back again.

If you read the history and the story of how the pub was started you will not be disappointed when you come in. There was a large selection of microbrew and the food was pretty good. Again another location where my wife (vegan)could have some...More

The pub is relatively big with lots of tables. There is an area in there that is dedicated for food consumers. The menu has a variety of food in traditional Irish style or in more general one. There are a lot of beer types and...More

We walked past the menu and thought it sounded great. Sadly that's where it stopped. The food was abysmal. The scampi was 3 pieces of mainly batter with little inside. The chips were luke warm and soggy with no crispness! The fish pie was cold...More

Very nice pub, very welcoming, we have been served by an Hungarian waitress called Diana: such a lovely waitress, very kind, friendly and beautiful, if I may, who served us with something that I can definitely call customer service. We have ordered a Ribs Shares...More

For a lover of craft beer, this is a good place to visit. The selection is very good (I had the oyster stout) as was the food. No ordinary fish and chips here, instead look for a goat cheese salad, the mussels, or a rib...More
