It's Been a few years since I was here. Food is Delish, and staff are very friendly. Great selection on th Carvery Menu and do smaller portions for kids.

Went to the deadmans last Saturday afternoon with some family with the intentions to have some lunch it's under new management ended up only having a cup of tea and left. The place is run down it smells really bad and looks like the whole place could do with a good scrub. The food menu is expensive they wanted €8... More

Having worked in Palmerstown since 1978 I have seen The Deads change hands a couple of times. It has to be said that the new owners are putting great food back on the agenda. Tried lunch three times in January and hope local businesses support them into the future

TripAdvisor is showing this place as closed at present and its not!!!!!! It was closed but has now reopened under new management. The big disadvantage this establishment has is you have to go to it rather than pass by it en route somewhere else. Having said that you have to pass it if you are going to Kings Hospital Boarding... I booked tea/coffee and sandwiches for a group of 26 elderly people from our Day Care Centre as we were travelling to Arklow Bay hotel for 2 night stay and always need somewhere to stop along the way. Having booked a few weeks before I then rang to confirm booking and numbers 5 days earlier but on arrival I was... More
