The opening time on the front door said 10:00 breakfast and we got told to come back at 11:30 with no explanation. Only came back as we had a groupon voucher we wanted to use. We ordered two breakfasts which took quite a while as they looked to be understaffed. I noticed the chef wearing shorts and t shirt as... More

It's really annoying when you take a short trip so you only have a few good meals to select and then one lets you down. Who the hell appointed the front of house guy I shall never know and should of perhaps took heed with our first impressions. The food was mediocre, I selected the beef daube because it came... More

Honestly the worst restaraunt I've ever been to. Our waiter was the rudest person I have ever come across and was so rude he made us so uncomfortable to even complain about the food or even ask for sauce for the table! We had to ask the waiter can we order now as we were just left sitting there. There... More

A great evening with really good quality fine food. Service was a tad slow but they were at full capacity. Would recommend finding this place, but to book first, we were lucky.

Very positive experience , friendly staff & great choice on two menus (2 course menu & a la carte menu ) to suit all tastes . Quirky decor & seating with plenty of room between groups & gatherings . Relaxed atmosphere & will definitely return to try more of the menu .

Had a wonderful 3 course meal with help of a voucher from Groupon for our first night meal on 2 night stay in Dublin. Food was amazing, beautifully cooked and well presented. Lamb shank main course was delicious and meat simply fell off the bone. Cheese and bread desert was amazing, large portions of cheese , too much to finish... More

Visited here with a rather large group! Approx 20. Service was efficient and staff friendly! Food was mixed some dishes were excellent and some a little undercooked. Can definitely recommend the smoked salmon for starter, it was marinaded beautifully and lovely and moist! Very loud but would definitely come again!

Myself and my partner were very excited to try the food at Gallaher's as it always looks so welcoming from the outside, so we booked a table for our anniversary. However we were very disappointing. The kitchen porter dragged two full bins through the restaurant during out meal which we found completely disgusting. My partner ordered tomato soup for starter... More

My second time coming in here for dinner, first time I had the burger and the second time I had the turkey crown with seasonal potatoes, I must admit I'm pretty impressed with this menu and the chefs modern twist on traditional food, the presentation and taste of the food I find divine it's hearty and traditional but not overly... Regularly visit Gallahers for family get togethers, but this was the last time. Despite my checking the menu online, when we arrived only the Christmas (more expensive) menu was available. When I queried this I was told it's the only menu available in December. When I pointed out it was actually November and I had specifically checked availability online. All... More
