Met my son today in Dublin.Decided to get cuppa and cake before we went browsing around..stopped in Ann's..what a disappointment, food ok but how unfriendly the staff were,a simple good morning and a smile costs nothing!! Plenty of pleasant people looking for jobs

What a tremendous disappointment. We had some overprized lukewarm tasteless soup of the day, absolutely unremarkable. Nevertheless, the big disappointment was the way the staff handled an elderly lady that was in front of us at the queue. They were most unhelpful to her, wouldn’t...More

We would like to apologise for your negative experience at Ann's. It's bad enough you didn't like the soap of the day, but to hear that any customer, much less an elderly lady was treated with contempt is extremely disappointing. We have spoken to our...More
