It is nice place to have a good tasting meal. However They do not serve anything Irish. Staff is very friendly.

Booked for early bird here after going to matinee for The Committments at Bord Gais and both were Excellent. Had been here once previously and return visit was just as good as first. Had the excellent fish cakes, fish & Chips and ice cream to die for so I am now a committed fan and hope to visit again when... More

Fantastic French cuisine at a very reasonable price. This restaurant is part of the Celtic a Lodge Guest house. The ambience was great and next door was the Celt, the pub also belonging to Celtic Lodge which had live music.

My husband and I visited here having read about it. We both enjoyed our choices from the 26 euro evening menu which was great value. The Thai Fish cakes were delicious!

We were given a voucher as a gift and it was very reasonable for such tasty food. We loved the homemade ice cream, in particular! It is just a shame about the location, but you forget about that once you are inside. Service was very good. Will definitely return.

Had seen the restaurant advertised and thought the name was great and so my friend and I decided to try it out and had dinner at Le Bon Crubeen on 7th October. We were not disappointed, great cocktails before dinner and the wine menu to chose from for dinner was very good. Both starters, Thai Fish Cakes & Caramelised Onion... More

My wife and I went for a meal at Le Bon Crubeen for our Anniversary while on a trip to Dublin and thoroughly enjoyed it. We went early as we wanted to go out for a few drinks in the evening, so ate from the Early Bird menu. Everything was excellently presented and really tasty (I'd particularly recommend the Thai... We needed an early dinner that would get us to the Gate Theater before curtain time, and Le Bon Crubeen was perfect. Wait staff were unhurried, friendly, but efficient, and the food was marvelous. Their Caramelized Onion Tartlet, with Goats cheese and balsamic salad was amazing - the tang of half of a whole onion, caramelized on top to add... More

Not normally thinking about venturing over to the north side for dinner, however had noticed Le Bon Crubeen a while ago on-line. Lovely restaurant, very comfortable inside. I had the onion and goats cheese tartlet for my starter, followed by the chicken and garlic roast potatoes. My husband also enjoyed his starter and lived his steak main course. For dessert,... More
