If there is a pub with friendlier staff, better value food and old worldy charm I'd like to hear about it. No noise from any electrical source and excellent pints of Guinness. There is a heaven !

Hi Joe Thanks so much we are pretty old school and plan to keep it that way. We are delighted that you understand the way we work, good service, good product, good value. Although it seems with each good review on TA we are further down the list? Must be an 'algorithm' Thanks again we do believe in #heaveninglasnevin. Lunch... More

When the waitress asked us what we wanted to order, my husband her to just "feed us whatever you think is good." It was all wonderful and if ever anywhere near Gravediggers, we will visit again!

We sought out this place and found it so very comfortable and the food tasty. Everyone was so friendly, and we left feeling very satisfied. The warm atmosphere and the booths gave a sense of privacy, and the age of the establishment was apparent which gave it a wonderful feel. Everything was clean as a whistle and the food was... More

Good few tourists visiting this place so decided to visit myself as i am new enough to the area. Lovely atmosphere and the guinness is great. Went in for 1 ended having 4. I was served by a lovely young lad think he was the owners son. He loved a chat! I would go back just to chat to him.

Went to the pub in the evening to have a drink. It was buzzing. There was a great atmosphere. The right part - usually the restaurant part - was a bit quieter, so we sat down there and enjoyed our pint. Did you know that the pub has been in the same family for over 180 years? The left side,... More

Food brilliant. Service fantastic. Friendly staff and owner... Amazing history. A hidden gem. When I visit glasnevin I always call into the gravediggers even just for a coffee and bun! No messers in this pub just a class family run pub who put emphasis on customer service every time. Thanks Ciaran!
