After seeing Dublin Castle and the Chester Beatty Library, we spotted the signature red trim across the street and decided we'd just "check out the menu", which means we caught one whiff of their cakes and were totally convinced mid-day dessert was an amazing idea. Apparently they actually have two locations since the business has grown in popularity so much,... More

Ate here twice on our five day trip because it was so good. We ate at the location on the pedestrian mall on Cow's Lane. Outdoor seating was nice. "Hearty breakfast" with eggs, bacon, sausage, toast was excellent, as were the potato/leek pancakes. Scones were huge and full of fruit. Really good breakfast at a reasonable price. The restaurant itself... More

Cute small pastry shop with coffee. Pastries looked better than they tasted, but still were very good. Looked wonderful! Two shops about 2 blocks apart, we were at the smaller place. Friendly staff, cute decor. Worth a try!

My husband firsts bought coffee from here and it was delicious. On another day we were able to eat breakfast here with our 2 kids (ages 13 and 11). We first went to the original storefront but there were no seats available in the tiny room. Fortunately, there is another Queen of Tarts around the corner and although it was... More

Beautiful quaint little cafe at temple bar, the food served was lovely. I had the english breakfast which was lovely and buttery, my friends had excellent food too and I had an amazing chocolate cake which is unrivaled. My friends also had equally impressive cakes and desserts. Good service, it is busy but they did well to try and fit... More

This is a very cool place. Had lovely scones and coffee for breakfast. Considering how busy they were, we were seated without too long a wait, and the service was fine.

Queen of Tarts is everything you'd want an Irish tea shop to be: delicious sandwiches, yummy teas, and truly indulgent desserts, plus very good service, nice decor. You'll leave fully sated and ready to do more touring.
