I came here for a Christmas office dinner, the service was excellent, I had the salmon and the Wicklow venison. Both were really good, the portions are not so big, but the quality and taste are really good. For dessert I had the cheesecake that...More

Went to The Pig's Ear for my friend's last night as they tour in Ireland. We were so excited to try the restaurant because of the reviews that we previously saw. However, we got so disappointed when we tried the food. The place was very...More

Went for the early dinner without a reservation but I was pretty early so they were okay with accommodating me in a place no one would be for a while, which I appreciated. I had the veal tartare, the beef cheek with onion, celeriac, bone...More

The starter and main course were excellent but the dessert was heavy. I asked for a gin with slimline tonic but only normal tonic was available. We ordered a Sauvignon and the waiter brought Pinot Grigio.

Food first class as was service. Somewhat noisy because of wooden floor. Good house wines. A bit pricey, certainly at night time, so suitable for special occasion

During a weekend trip to Dublin we had decided to consume only Irish food, beer and whiskey -with low expectations. The pigs ear really defenitlyb turned our view. Irish but modern in a lovely seeting and excellent service -strongly recommend?

It’s best to call them or check the usual apps (open table etc.) to see if things have changed.
