My wife and I had lunch at the pigs ear. Lovely restaurant and great service. I had the duck and my wife had cod both of which were delicious. I would have happily ordered any dish on the menu so can't wait to go back.

We lucked out that they had a table available for us without a reservation. It is very charming, friendly, efficient service and the food was delicious. I had an "early bird" 3 course prix fixe dinner with a view of Trinity College. Execllent choice.

To be honest I did not expect to find such a great menu during a business dinner in Dublin, but I stand corrected. Great food, great ambiance and service. Also, the view of Trinity College is great... Will definitively come back!

Menu was appealing but food did not quite hit the mark. service very nice but more casual than expected. Food served on strange delph, e.g. Scallops came in a dark bowl and tricky to see and eat.

Friendly atmosphere, great dishes and great wine making a business dinner more enjoyable. The portions are not huge, but at least you can try a starter, main and dessert in one night. Recommend to try anything from the menu when in Dublin. The cabbage side dish is Devine!

Ate here with my wife recently as we had received a €150 voucher as a gift. First thing that hit me was that room was noisy and overcrowded. Putting that aside I looked the menu and was surprised at how few the options were. I was even more surprised at the Shepard's pie with a price tag of over €20.... More

Went here for a team Christmas lunch. We had the private dining room on the top floor- fabulous view of TCD - almost a Bostonian vista in December from the top floor!! Staff & service was fab - menu limited but food exquisite! Went back in January with my husband & standard remained superb. I really recommend this place -... More

The Pig's Ear is a great restaurant that does traditional food with a twist. It was superbly cooked and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

It was very crowded that evening but service managed to give us the attention that we needed. We were with a large group. Pig’s Ear has a few floors where you can dine. This makes it a bit complex when you want to join the group that arrived earlier. No reception. Walking the stairs you are passed by staff who... More
