We could not decide where to eat lunch in the Temple Bar area and someone directed us the The Quay. Our waitress was so nice and had just moved to Ireland from Boston. The food was great and the Guinness and Smithwicks were nice and cold.

We were looking for a place to get a filling traditional Irish meal and it fits the bill. Huge portions of yummy food. Personally, I would recommend the Dublin coddle... I only wish I would have shared with someone.

6.40 a pint during the day is excessive but as we were leaving some good music started up so I suppose it paid for them ! Plenty of tvs for the sports !

Very nice restaurant with typical Irish food. I believe its very popular because is right in center and opposite the well know Temple bar. We had to wait to be sited 10 minutes. The beer was great. Food was also very good.

Stopped in with my folks while on a day tour by bus to Galway city. We enjoyed our food very much. Service was extremely prompt which we especially appreciated as we were on a tight schedule. Would definitely return if we are ever in town again.

The meal, atmosphere and service was all excellent, and the restaurant was not in the same room as the bar. This made it easy to bring our son with us for dinner in the evening. He is 13 years old.

We dropped in here around 7:30 on a Thursday night, and it was VERY crowded. At first, they seemed unaccommodating, but we realized that many of the tables were reserved. We were seated after about a 15-20 minute wait, and the service was very good after that. We ordered a Guiness Stew, Fish and Chips, and a warm goat cheese... More

Visited here for both dinner and breakfast and have no complaints about either - in fact the breakfast was one of the best I have had - great portions and the sausages were fantastic! For dinner I had the Cottage Pie and that was delicious too. I'd say the prices are average for Dublin - especially Temple Bar. The restaurant... More

We enjoyed our dinner here on our first night in Dublin. I had the Guiness Stew which was very tasty and filing. My husband had the Cottage Pie which he really enjoyed as well. We shared a chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream which was yummy. Service was good, prices were good. Overall a very comfortable dinner. We loved dining... More
