Of all the fish and chips in Dublin - this was up there at the top! Breakfast was great everyday. The restaurant is separate from the bar - but both were great.

Stopped in after a long day of travel for a snack to hold us over through dinner. Our server, John, was kind and accommodating. He recommended the carrot soup with coconut milk. It was delicious! The brown bread & butter was warm and fresh. We also stopped in for after dinner drinks a couple of nights during our stay. It... More

Amazing Breakfast Buffet as well as a great ala carte menu. traditional eggs and meats. Good service and friendly staff. Located in the basement, hence the name. Very interesting room.

We generally avoid hotel restaurants for dinner because they often are overpriced and have mediocre food. We had dinner at the Cellar Restaurant on a recent Saturday evening because we had been planning to dine elsewhere but could not due to a reservation mix-up (my fault). What a fortunate mistake ! Both the food and service at the Cellar Restaurant... More

The Cellar Restaurant stands opposite Gov. Buildings. Only a stones throw away from the centre of all south-side city social life in Dublin. Literally on St Stephen's Green and close to Grafton street with its many fashionable shops, cafes. and boutiques . (Awaiting the reopening of some old favourites it has to be said). . The Cellar Restaurant is housed... More

We love good food and would have happily dined out at other restaurants but the food at the Cellar and Cellar Bar was so outstanding that we ate here 4 out of the 5 nights we were in Dublin. Staff was extremely warm and helpful and were happy to help in any way possible. Great wine, too! One of the... More

My friend and I had a light pre-theater dinner here. The staff accommodated our tight time line and served excellent food. The ambience was lovely and relaxing. If I am ever again in Dublin I will definitely go back here to dine.
