We have had the pleasure of eating here a number of times throughout the years, it is undoubtedly one of the finest dining experiences around, the knowledge and attention to detail of everything was second to none!

Not knowing Dublin well and staying in the U2 hotel we ventured into the Cellar, following a week in Lyon. Great choice indeed! Staff was unfailingly kind and knowledgeable and food was first rate. We will be back!

We stayed several days in the Merrion and part of our package from American Express included a free dinner. The Merrion famously has Patrick Guibauld's Michelin two-starred restaurant adjoining it and we had a great meal there as well. We ate at the Cellar the...More

The food is delicious and staff very attentive. It is a place you can take children but not young ones. The dining room is spacious and you can enjoy quiet conversation. Best Irish Coffee in Ireland!

Best staff ever, and a well stocked bar. Knowledgeable staff assisted my brother in law and I through their wealth of Irish Whiskeys with lots of background information. The "locals" frequenting the Pub were very friendly, funny and helpful by assisting in our travel plans...More

We came here for lunch at opening on Monday. We enjoyed a very quiet lunch. The service was prompt and attentive. We both had caprese salads to start which were quite fresh but used mini tomatoes. My wife had the chicken and I the pork...More

Interesting setting, though they are apparently going to move soon. Food was mixed. Appetizers were excellent. Haddock was too salty. Attentive service.
