Had a lovely meal here. Staff lovely and a great pizza for 10 euro. We also had mussels and pasta and all were great.

We were enjoying a five day break in Dublin and chose to eat Italian on our last evening. We had seen good reviews and Trip Advisor, so decided to try La Caverna. The service was excellent. We were given perfect time to browse the menus, our drinks came promptly and we were given a sensible amount of time between courses.... More

I looked for a nice Italian restaurant near our hotel, a little more quiet. There was a very pleasant atmosphere despite a bride's party on the upper level. The tagliatelle with scallops and shrimp was nice.

I visited this restaurant with 7 other friends and we are from the US. We were there to enjoy few drinks and i must say it was our best night. The waiter was the best as he served us very well and made sure we love what he presented. We had 6 bottles of Pinot Grigo and one Prosecco -... More

Was referred here by the hotel we were staying at for our first day in Dublin. Because of jet lag issues, we went for the early bird special. We requested the cavern room downstairs & it was lovely. We were the only diners at that time. I had the calamari & husband had the garlic prawns. Both were done very... More

We are both from London and new to this restaurant but really amazing food at an affordable price 😊 Myself and my wife had garlic prawns and bruschetta as starter, penne carbonate and beef lasagne as main course. We were unsure which wine to select as they have a wide range but our waiter was very helpful and truly amazing.... More

This restaurant has old stone walls that resemble a cave. The staff is gracious and most importantly they serve great food until 11 pm. The wine menu is extensive but the bar is limited to wine only (limited = 8 pages of wine – so no real limit on the wine). Fun for the kids: there are fish tanks embedded... More
