Visited Hugo's for third time over four years on visits to Dublin. Have always enjoyed dining experience at Hugo's which is very convenient to our St Stephen's Green Area hotel. Very comfortable dining area with excellent service. Food is very good although not an overly wide choice of options. Very solid wine list as well. Would definitely recommend Hugo's but... More

3rd visit in this restaurant in so many years, the food and service has always been very good. I also love the interior which is sophisticated and relaxing at the same time.

We had a wonderful, relaxing early dinner at Hugo's with its tasteful, cozy decor, excellent service, and delicious food. Our waiter, a native Dubliner with a surprisingly British accent, was charming and helpful. The extensive wine list had numerous offerings by the glass and a good range of price points. The menu features artfully presented, locally-sourced food. Our party of five... More

Excellent wine. I had the pulled pork and slaw baguette for lunch. This is the only place in Dublin I have ever had pulled pork that I have been happy with. A chocolate mousse with brownie bits for dessert. Fantastic. I recommend.

My main problem with Dublin is that I always come back to the same places because I love them so much... This is another example. Love the ambience, food is spot on and the wine list is good. I started with the ham hock this time which was gorgeous... Amazing flavours and the textures all worked. My partner had the... More

We enjoyed a delightful meal at Hugo's during a recent trip to Dublin. The restaurant was small and tucked away off Merrion Square. The service at the restaurant was helpful and quick and the food was delicious. The wine list was long and had interesting selections on it. This restaurant was a romatic spot and perfect for a nice dinner... More

I always loved Hugo's...granted it has been a while since I was there but it always had a place in my heart. I have had some wonderful nights out there. The service is second to none and (usually) the food is wonderful. It was for this reason that I brought a new business partner for dinner here last night. Atmosphere... More

Walked in here looking for an afternoon glass of wine and Hugo's did not disappoint. We like Italian wine and they had a fantastic selection. After a few glasses of Montepulciano, we left happy customers. Later on, we returned here for our evening dinner, which was superb. The service was friendly and quick, though they give plenty of time to... More
