I took my father in law and two children to the tea-room as a treat after visiting Donegal Castle on a wet summer's day. We just fancied some lovely homemade hot apple pie and ice-cream with a nice cup of tea. However this is not what we got, instead we had luke warm tea and tepid stale apple "pie". See... More

It's very convenient and the food it adequate and reasonably priced. Would go back there again but for a coffee instead of a meal.

We called to the Blueberry Cafe on a rainy July afternoon and got a warm welcome from the staff. Although we only had time for coffee and cake, the food looked deelish and was being enjoyed by everybody. We'll definitely be back when we're up there next. P.S. thanks for the lend of your brolly.!

Was in Donegal for a few hours some days ago and came across this cafe. What a delightful place it turned out to be....it was very busy but they still managed to find us a table. The owner is a fantastic character with great customer service and management skills. He was constantly on the move while we were there, checking... More

We were passing and decided we would like some lunch. I ordered a panini and chips and my daughter had a baked potato. We both really enjoyed our lunch, the decor is lovely and the staff were friendly.

This is an absolutely lovely little tea room with the most adorable decoration AND, more importantly, excellent food and coffee. Try the scones - they are amazing!!!!

This cafe was recommended to us by the front desk lady at Lough Eske Castle. It was great! The decor is eclectic. The scones, tea and porridge were great. Exactly what I was hoping for on our trip.

We stopped here for a cup of tea after a day of walking around. Even though it was late afternoon, the place was packed. We had to wait a few minutes for a table. We ended up getting soup, tea, and some pastries. Everything was delicious and the service was delightful!

We had what we thought would be a light lunch. The servings are huge and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly and prompt. Evidently you can ask for half servings - I'll do that next time!

Nice cosy cafe. Visited for breakfast as a group of 3. Nice decor, nice food and nice staff. Very reasonable prices too. They had a nice selection of cakes and desserts too.
