Many people have recommended this to me - but for one reason or another I have never made it here. In fact havent been to the craft village since 1985 when it first opened- it is much smaller than I imagined! It is an extremely popular cafe - queued to get a table - but very worth it! Great fresh,... More

I go to Donegal about once a year and I NEVER miss a visit to Aroma. The sea bass risotto followed by a slice of chocolate nemesis cake is one of my favourite meals full stop. Always perfectly cooked, served by friendly staff and an owner who takes great pride in his product. Aroma is a hidden gem and if... More

Popped in for a coffee and care with the family while visiting the craft village. Love friendly staff, place is spotless and the scones are to die for. High recommended to all visiting the craft village.

Popped into here for a coffee whilst at the Craft Village. Saw the cakes & they are to die for! Glad I don't work at the Village otherwise I'd be in there every lunchtime - my waistline would expand even more. There is a pretty extensive menu as well and from looking at what others were eating - this all... More

Modern café/bistro. All home made produce. Good pot of tea and excellent coffee served with a delicious carrot cake which was beautifully presented and served with a smile. Pleasant staff

I have popped in here twice in the past year on visits to Donegal. Situated in the craft village, it is a great find for anyone prepared to venture outside the towns central area. The cakes on offer were absolutely faultless, delicious and memorable. The stand out is the Tunisian Orange Cake, but the cheesecake and lemon tart were also... More

home made pea and mint soup was fantastic - just the right amount of mint so as not to be overpowering and the bread was very tasty, homemade and fresh. Cakes are to die for. Can vouch for the chocolate and almond and orange cakes!

The food was very good, but the coffee shop was very quiet - perhaps the product of a wet Monday in mid June.

This little cafe by the craft village has very fresh and tasty food and excellent bread. The sevice was good and the bread . The price was very reasonable. They have tables outside which was very nice on a sunny day.
