Came here for first time. Brunch on Saturday. Small place, not sure if could not be rearranged the tables disposition. Could be cosier I think. Food is good, however portions not the biggest. Ideal for a quick lunch or a light meal. Staff very polite, waitress that attended us seemed new there and needed more practice. For two times had... More

Ate here recently with a group, and we had the early bird menu which was varied, and was great value. The staff were outstanding and the food was excellent. Would highly recommend

3 of us had lunch at Fenn's Quay, the venue being chosen by my cousin, a Cork resident, who had heard good things. Two of us ordered the Fish platter, and the 3rd ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side of smoked Salmon. The fish platter comprised of 1 small piece of monkfish in batter, the size of a large... More

Unsophisticated setting and service but the food and wine was top notch. Starters are overpriced. Recommended.

Visited this restaurant for the first time with a friend during the week for early dinner. The atmosphere was nice and relaxed, waiters informed us well about the specials and answered any questions we had. We picked from the early bird set menu, which by the way is fantastic value. The food was exquisite and quaint, I got the beef... More

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday, as we had heard great things about it. We were greeted warmly by the waitress, and the restaurant was very cosy with a lovely atmosphere. On perusing the menu, we noted that most of the ingredients are sourced fresh from the infamous English Market in Cork City. To start, I ordered... More

I was very disappointed at a recent visit here. Having read lots of good reviews, I was expecting great things. We were a large group, and maybe they just couldn't cope with big numbers. The service was erratic, with half of the table served long before the rest, with food going cold while they waited. Meat eaters were happy, fish... More

I always enjoy dining here though there are perhaps one or two points of the menu that need work. To start with my partner had the mushroom soup, which was delicious and seasonal. I had the pasta with chicken and rocket; the pasta unfortunately was slightly overcooked while the chicken seemed to have a rather strange texture. My partner then... More
