Obviously a tourist attraction , which also attracts the locals, too. Nice atmosphere, if sometimes a bit disconnected behind the bar. But the great quality black stuff 9three varieties on tap) makes up for a lot. We shacked, but next time in Cork will plan an (early) lunch. Check it out!

Irish food we ate and drank good beer at a fair price the local environment and offer a accoglinte nice with live music after 9pm. overall a good address in our view a local to recommend

A nice place to have a coffee, a beer or a meal. The meals are excellent - the selection quite limited and the service good. One of the best places to eat in Cork!

I have visited The Oliver Plunket on many occasions. They have a group playing traditional Irish music upstairs on a Saturday afternoon. Sometimes they ask the audience to participate. Irish dancing etc and last time I was there. They were giving people a few tips on how to play the Bodhran 'Irish drum' you hold in your hand and beat... More

Great restaurant the live entertainment was really fun and got the crowd involved. I had the burger which was one of the best I've had in a while. The servers were quick and friendly

Great food, fun atmoshere, trad music.....a real nice Irish experience!! We enjoyed a traditiona Irish meal and drinks while enjoying the traditional Itish music and dancers durinv our family vacation. What a fabulous place.

The Frisky Whiskey Bar upstairs from Oliver Plunket Pub was a great find!! Great atmosphere music and drink!! A fun time!

Beautiful restaurant outside....& large, 2 story bar/restaurant inside. Very accommodating to get you seated...very crowded at dinner time. Live music & Irish dancing at times upstairs....& music later in the Main floor. Good food. & Specials. Friendly staff. Great choice!
