Locally brewed beers (red and stout) were good but the menu was limited to primarily sandwiches/burgers and food was fair.

Was super excited to go for Sunday jazz brunch and was absolutely gutted that the jazz was just playing on the sound system not an actual band...felt it was false advertising! food wasn't great and coffee wasn't drinkable...won't be going back...complete let down

Hi Niamh, sorry to hear you had a less than satisfactory visit with us here at Bodega, when did you come for the Jazz Brunch? Yesterday (Sunday), the live jazz brunch started at 2pm, as it does every Sunday, as advertised More

Enjoyed a lovely meal in here, the bar is large and has plenty of seating. Good selection on the menu and range of drinks. The staff were friendly

I just love the venue and the music. Especially I love sitting outside in summer and have a few drinks. The outdoor heating and heated benches are a huge plus. So even chilly evenings does not matter. I could stay forever :)

The old 'Irish' market here was the scene of a potato riot during the Famine Years, soon after it opened. Now the building is a stylish and sleek bar/restaurant where one can listen to light jazz being played live while munching brunch on a Sunday afternoon, all memory of the revelries of the night before long since cleaned up. The... More

Reserved an area here for my sisters hen party as it was large enough to accommodate our group of 30. From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty, from the roll out of the red carpet to been escorted to our reserved tables with bubbly was just fantastic. Our waiter James was an absolute gentleman and couldn't do... More

Loved the airy space and decor. Top quality brunch -the Eggs Benedict are superb. Toasted sourdough and perfectly cooked bacon and eggs. Well spaced tables. The staff are another plus- welcoming and attentive. A totally relaxing weekend experience. Highly recommended.

I cannot comment on the food as I usually only come here for drinks but it's one of my favorite spots in the city for comfortable seating and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent coffee and drinks. Staff are friendly but service can be a little hit and miss. Overall a lovely venue and fantastic atmosphere, would recommend to anyone who is... More

We were a stag party and had a great night. Coincidently there were 3 hen parties who also remarked how good it was. Situated on two floors. We also had the mixed food platters for our group which were tasty and generous !

On Sunday morning we were ravished after a big night out and in dire need of coffee and breakfast. The Bodega has a unique and quirky ambience and we loved the jazz musicians (who didn't play too loudly, for which we were grateful given our delicate state). Staff were friendly and attentive however someone did forget our coffees but these... More

Hi kirifona. Thank you for your review. Glad ye enjoyed the Jazz, the great news is, it's here to stay. I served you myself, gave you ladies complementary coffees, due to a slight delay. I wish you had brought your complaint to my attention as I would of rectified it, immediately. You ladies told me you enjoyed your food. We... More
