I'm a regular in Yuan Ming Yuan at this stage. I love it. The food is delicious and the staff are very friendly - and do finish up with a coffee. All my visits have been with friends during lunch hour from work & so the fast service suits us. I imagine that service might be a bit too rushed... More

My family and I have been customers here for the last 10 years. The food is delicious, probably the most authentic Chinese in Cork. The Dim Sum is always fresh and the homemade tofu is fantastic. No matter how busy they are the staff are always extremely friendly and professional and happy to answer any questions about the menu. It... More

Food is very nice with good sized portions. Service can be a bit quick. Sometimes its nice to have a little more time between courses. One gripe is that they charge for all extras incl. prawn crackers and a small side of Bbq sauce which we looked for with a starter.

Ive been to the Yuan Ming Yuan a couple of times and it is exactly what I want when I'm in the mood for a classic Chinese meal. Asian street food noodle type places are more the norm these days but sometimes I just want a good old sweet and sour with fried rice and at the Yuan Ming Yuan... More

Pretty good Chinese food in Cork. We ordered pork and shrimp dumplings to start. They were fresh and tasty. We also split roast duck stir fry with black pepper and garlic sauce and a wonton soup. Great prices and right in the center of Cork.
