Nash 19 is a Cork institution and has been based in Cork city centre for 25 years. It is large but has cosy corners in which you can have a private chat. It is not open for dinner but serves breakfast and lunch both to the table and from a buffet. There is a wide range of salads as well... More

We called here at lunch time, when the place was quite busy. However, the owner had time to sit down with us and talk about the food, and provide us with samples which were lovely. The place is only open during the day, so diners need to call here for lunch, not evening meal.

Excellent spot to pop in for lunch, Have to note desserts are all made in house and are really nice! I enjoyed the aged sirloin of beef today and it was delicious, a touch expensive but the quality of food and service is really good and welcoming. Will be back again and again.

My friend the... More

I've visited here a number of times, mostly for breakfast (they've always had a great name for breakfast offerings), and I can say quite easily that the staff here are amazingly friendly and so lovely. The food is really really good, although the "real corker" (full Irish) is a meal and a half, and is really nice, it's not freshly... More

I am on a bus tour with my mother and sister and we were dropped off and told to find lunch. We were so glad to find this hidden gem. You can have a freshly made sandwich to your order- which my family loved. I ordered the summer vegetable soup and it was delicious. The brown bread on the side... More

Found this place by chance and it was excellent fresh food. My family ordered many different foods and we all enjoyed what we ordered for lunch. The staff was extremely friendly I recommend it to all.

An absolutely great spot for breakfast. Provenance of all products set out on the menu. Very helpful, prompt and friendly staff in a very tastefully decorated 'venue'
