My family and I had a house near by, so we frequented Ted's. The food is great, the sweets are better. Coconut cream pie is my favorite. Definitely a place to add to your list of stops.

Ted's bakery is the be-all end-all of eats on the North Shore. You just have to do it. We went there 3 or 4 times so we tried everything from the cinnamon buns to the butter rolls to the famous chocolate haupia pie. Everything was delicious. They also have a large selection of drinks in the cooler, including some really... More

We had heard about this local bakery on the North Shore. As we were driving to one of the beaches we drove by it and decided to stop. The pie and pastries were great.Nice old fashioned bakery.

The line up the day we visited was about 20 minutes - food is fresh and delicious with plenty of options. It doesn't look like much when driving by but is definately worth a look.

Stopped here after surfing lessons, on recommendation of instructor, and wow! Ordered breakfast, including some donuts. They were melt in your mouth fresh!

When visiting the island, North Shore is best side to vacation on and best local eateries; Such as Ted's Bakery. Their barbecue plates are "Off da' Chain" & cannot leave without tasting one of each pie..! This is great place to stop on your way to the beach and or/ vice versa! Cannot get great food and dessert for a... More

This is as old school cool on the north shore as you can get. No frills here just plain good old "been here forever" kinda eats. Pastries, coffee and breakfast platters how it was meant to be...just like you went to Grandmas for breakfast. You gotta stop in or your north shore visit isn't complete!!

Went there with a large group for breakfast, and there were plenty of options. Most found the portions were fairly large so good value for money. They certainly have serve large numbers as the queue was initially out the door (at about 9.30am) but they had three tills working, and an extremely efficient kitchen and served everyone in good time... Ted's Bakery does brisk business all day long. Usually have three registers open. Lots of great options. They have hot plates for breakfast and lots of lunch options, pie, donut holes, pastries, etc. Only downside is the disorganized menu. They have a few tv screens that scroll through the options, but no fixed menu anywhere. You end up standing around,... More
