Choice if two in main strip and couldn't get parked at first so stopped here. Chips decent, however, fish and sausage in batter was very poor. Batter was too thick and appeared undercooked. Put it this way it came out not long after it went in if you follow. Disappointing end to nice day in Linlithgow but would not recommend

Generations of Linlithgow folks have had the pleasure of eating Cab's fish suppers! Although the menu is now rather more comprehensive than it was in the past, I still find a Cab's fish supper (or steak pie supper if I want a change!) is hard to beat. If you're watching your weight, try a fish supper with half a portion... More

Went in today, i was informed a few minutes for chips. Not a problem fresh chips. How can you complain? I had a burger supper. He knew i was never going to eat two. He gave me a cheaper price which i find generous and accomodating. Go in a check it out for yourself.

Food is more a miss than a hit getting. Chips taste more of filthy oil than anything else. If they're not soggy there often mixed with burnt day old offerings. Used to be great many years ago but slowly getting worse. I don't know how they think what they're serving is acceptable at times and wonder if they'd actually eat... More

from years ago- we used to hop in for a fish supper so good we can still taste it yet, great standing in the queue smelling allthis aromas, still think it must be difficult to park outside esp. at weekends.

Popped in here for fish & chips before heading home. The fish itself was fine but the batter was soggy as it was too thick! Nice chips.

Been here twice and both times the chips were greasy, limp and undercooked. Would be a zero if not for the ice cream. You know a chip shop is bad when they can't even fry a decent chip, pretty basic!

Caberelli's (or known as cabs locally) is a well know chip shop within linlithgow. Prices are very reasonable although the food is not always produced to the highest possible standard, the chips are extremely greasy and often undercooked. But the homemade ice cream is delicious.
