Had a very good dinner at a reasonable price. Seemed to have several repeat customers and booking is recommended

Want to treat yourself to a great French influenced meal then this is the restuarant . Went 23rd July with my wife and had great food with starters of duo of salmon and pork belly. Pork loin and shoulder steak followed with great accompaniments. Cheese board with strong French cheeses and great oatcakes. Strawberry based desert special finished a great... More

We have been customers of Pig Halle for many years. The food is excellent. However during our recent visit, the service was absolutely dreadful. Having spent £100 on lunch, the over riding feeling was that of being an inconvenience. if for whatever reason they are not in a position to serve their customers, it would be better to turn people... We went here 25 yrs ago when this was Pierre Victoires. Had the best Normany Pork ever. 25 yrs later the manager from then is the owner now. The food is still wonderfull. Salad Nicoise and then pan fried fish with Salmon risotto, doesn't get better than this. Service was excellent. Cost £50 for evening meal for two, with drinks

A French restaurant with a twist. Traditional french dishes done simply with a good presentation in the fashion of the meat market in Paris. We had mussels in an orange sauce, a steak tartare with a quail's egg, followed by sea bass on a bed of mash and peas and a pigs trotter in filo pastry. For desert, we shared... More

Excellent 3 course lunch menu and good value for quality food. Can also recommend the French cider after taking the waiters advise. Very busy for a Friday afternoon so would recommend booking to avoid disappointment.

Was looking for a good meal after working at the Scottish game fair. I have to say I found it. The food was great, started with venison carpaccio (despite initially missing capers) then steak, then cheese. Everything was beautifully cooked, and the service was really good.. They evidently had a busy night previously, as on the evening I was there... More

We popped in here when on a day out in Perth. I was kicking myself for not looking at TA for a restaurant before I left home so we blindly stumbled upon this place. It was very late for lunch but they were serving up until 3pm, the menu looked good, so we took a chance. Well didn't we luck... More

Stopped in for lunch but knew we were going out later so I had two starters both of which were delicious. I had belly pork with scallops and fish soup. Liked it so much we went back the next night for an evening meal. I had mussels for starters and then chateau briande - absolutely lovely. Staff were friendly and... More
