We stopped in for lunch when it was pouring rain but the atmosphere inside was warm. I had the smoked haddock risotto balls with a poached egg which was nice but could have been slightly bigger. Husband enjoyed his steak sandwich.

Enjoyed a lovely pot of tea and scone outside in glorious Arran weather. My only gripe is the horrendous pot hole ridden dirt track entry and car park, a real shock absorber breaker.

Really friendly service, dog friendly. Great first stop in Arran for lunch was especially cosy with the fire going, and then had a walk round the brewery, potters and into Brodick from there
