Been coming for years and its just one of those little hidden gems where the food and service are bang on for what you want. I tend to avoid the sunday buffet as its a bit more generic naturally. Other than needing a new carpet, really is one of my favorite places to eat.

Fantastic little restaurant where you'll get fab service, fantastic food and all in a great atmosphere. You always get a great welcome and you'll not get a better Indian meal locally. And all at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Dropped In on the off chance very friendly staff quick service and enjoyed my food. A bit more unusual than the typical Indian fare i have had in other parts of the country. Will come again when I'm back next year.

We've been to the Bengal Cuisine on a number of occasions and will continue to do so, first time writing a review however. On each visit the staff have gone out their way to make our visit the best that it can be, they're all extremely friendly and couldn't be more helpful if they tried. Food wise I'd honestly say... The service was very nice, but hard to understand for us german tourists. We had three meals. The chicken tikka was dry and the other two consisted of a few pieces of chicken/ prawns swimming in a super sweet sauce that only tasted of coconut and sugar instead of spices. Plus it looked as if it was made with a... More

A very poor experience. The dirt of the carpet should have been a giveaway. We sat by the window and after I ordered I noticed how dirty the wooden blinds were but I decided to sit it out, looking forward to a nice meal. I was very disappointed as the food was very poor. Total experience was horrible and I... More

Restaurant quiet as it was a Monday night but we had an absolutely fantastic meal. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Food was excellent. Had friends from London with us who are well versed with good curry houses and they were well impressed. Strong robust flavours where they were meant to be and delicate flavours where required. 10 out... More

The staff are very friendly and helpful but im afraid the food is not great. I ordered a chicken tikka starter. The chicken was overcooked and very dry. My main course was a king prawn bhuna with mushroom fried rice and naan bread. The bhuna was very bland, althoug the rice was quite tasty. The naan however was very sweet... More

What can I say. Very poor experience. Booked a quiet table for two and got it but also a extremely noisy table for six right next to us despite restaurant being empty. Very noisy party including a hyper 2 yr old running all over the seats. Arrived at 7pm got poppadoms at 7:10 and were out of there by 7:40... More
