My friends and I stopped there for a cup of tea on our way to Skye. What stroke us the most was the view and the idillyc setting of the place: a lost roadside inn in the middle of nowhere, facing the beautiful and mighty Loch Duich. On top of that, we all had a very nice cup of tea... More

Lovely place, great views and easy parking. Entries, mains, specials and desserts are always interesting. Amazing chocolate fudge cake! Do not miss it if you are near Loch Duich, Kyle of Lochalsh. Kids will like it too. Apparently, there are Pokemons nearby 😊

We went to this place trusting thr overall impression from Tripadvisor. What a disappointment. Food is basic, not good and in small quantities. Choice is poor. Service is not friendly at all. Prices are not cheap. Not mutch positive to say unfortunately...

We had to eat somewhere on our way to Skye and decided to eat at this roadside inn, having quite low expectations. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the whole meal was one of the best we had in our 8-day stay in Scotland. The food is actually very simple and non-pretentious but made... More

We found that everything about this restaurant was satisfactory, and quite good, but not outstanding in any way. This applied to the food, service and atmosphere. It was pleasing that for some main dishes, smaller size dishes were avialable for those over 60, which enabled them to also enjoy a dessert. Starters tended to be on the larger size. The... More

We arrived right before closing time for lunch one day and they were still happy to seat us - the food was great and the service was very pleasant/friendly. I HIGHLY recommend the ginger cake - holy cow, was it good! :)

Stopped here for dinner on way back from skye, food was excellent and reasonably priced, service was superb, great with the kids, and you would struggle to find a restaurant with a better view anywhere! Would highly recommend.

Delicious starters and mains...portion sizes too big to allow us to eat desserts! We tried the haggis and king prawn starters, haddock and haggis mains. Quite a few dishes are fried, but food is not greasy, and is perfectly crisp using the restaurant's own beer batter. Skye beer very pleasant also. Would visit again. Plenty of parking, conveniently on the... More

Lovely food and lovely staff. The battered haddock was the nicest I have ever had - melt-in-the-mouth delicious. And the staff were very friendly
