We found that everything about this restaurant was satisfactory, and quite good, but not outstanding in any way. This applied to the food, service and atmosphere. It was pleasing that for some main dishes, smaller size dishes were avialable for those over 60, which enabled them to also enjoy a dessert. Starters tended to be on the larger size. The... More

We arrived right before closing time for lunch one day and they were still happy to seat us - the food was great and the service was very pleasant/friendly. I HIGHLY recommend the ginger cake - holy cow, was it good! :)

Stopped here for dinner on way back from skye, food was excellent and reasonably priced, service was superb, great with the kids, and you would struggle to find a restaurant with a better view anywhere! Would highly recommend.

Delicious starters and mains...portion sizes too big to allow us to eat desserts! We tried the haggis and king prawn starters, haddock and haggis mains. Quite a few dishes are fried, but food is not greasy, and is perfectly crisp using the restaurant's own beer batter. Skye beer very pleasant also. Would visit again. Plenty of parking, conveniently on the... More

Lovely food and lovely staff. The battered haddock was the nicest I have ever had - melt-in-the-mouth delicious. And the staff were very friendly

This is a lovely place to stop for lunch in a beautiful location at the head of Loch Duich on the A87 at Shiel Bridge by the 5 Sisters of Kintail. A friendly welcome with great service and good quality fresh home cooked food which was served swiftly. A great place to stop.

We found this place with the help of our GPS when searching for a place to get a quick lunch. Service was fast and very friendly. It was nice that you could order smaller portions of fish & chips for lunch if you wanted, which we did. Would definitely recommend!
