I ate here along with members of my hill walking club when I completed my Corbetts. We had a lovely meal and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

The staff were great, the coffee ok, the chips (special request to cook until crunchy) were exceptionally delightful. However, the burger was dry and dark brown throughout (did they try to burn it like the chips?) was bloody horrible.

We were uncertain about this restaurant as the name is so cheesy and it looks like a rather naff diner from the road but heartened by the sound reviews we decided to cheer ourselves up after a rainy day. And it did just that: friendly...More
