Had a beautiful meal (the food looked great as well as tasting great). I would recommend booking a table especially if there is something on at the SECC as the restaurant was packed. Despite being so busy the service was excellent and we didn't have to wait to long for our food. I would definitely go back.

I like to leave an honest review. We are a family of 5 which although the restaurant staff were extremely busy still had a smiling face and we were made to feel very welcome. Had a 20min (approx) wait as our table was not ready, again staff kept us informed and it was not the end of the world. Overall... More

My husband and I popped in here after finding our local Indian restaurant was shut. We weren't disappointed. Really looked after by everyone. Fresh food and good size portions. Got great recommendations for menu choices as we fancied trying something a bit different. Special mention to Raj our waiter. Friendly and a real asset to the team. Helped us choose... More

I visited the India Quay for the first time during a recent business trip to Glasgow, the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The restaurant was very busy, which is always a good sign, it has a nice ambience. The food was delicious, I had lamb desi , it was beautifully cooked and melted in your mouth. The cost of... More

Went there on Saturday with my bird for the buffet. Haven't been in 7/8 years and it was just as good as I remember it. Absolutely exceptional food and I ate 4 platefuls - maybe about 35 pakora. Can't wait to return.

Visited here several times before going to events at The Hydro, but have to say that whilst eating here last week prior to a gig I was thoroughly disappointed and having read a few comments about new owners then it all makes sense I often got the tomato makhni paneer, but the dish I was served had no resemblance to... Hi, Sorry you did not recieve the food you expected. Our chefs have been with us for over 19 years and are the ones that created the menu and the dish u speak of. I am saddened though that it was not up to standard this time. If you could possibly email me through the trip advisor network or call... More

My partner and I have been going here for many years and by surprise when we went we had noticed noone we knew worked hwre anymore, straight away we knew it must have been taken over. Ordered poppadums and spiced onions which were tasteless and the onions were massive. Then ordered chicken pakora which was a smaller portion than what... More

We were visiting a Glasgow from Toronto, Canada and came across this restaurant purely by chance. We chose the A la Carte menu not the buffet, so cannot comment on that. We were very impressed with the quality of the food and the service was excellent. The Tandoori mix grill was very flavoursome and the naan was huge. If ever... More

After a busy day India Quay was a relaxing, subdued haven in a bustling city environment. Food offering was tasty and plentiful, just suiting the atmosphere and I have to say that mine was an excellent experience, well done India Quay.

Description
India Quay is a trendy, contemporary space amidst the hustle and bustle of Glasgow. A traditional Indian welcome awaits you at India Quay, where you will find a restaurant that triumphantly pairs traditional Indian cuisine with ‘urban chic’.Adjacent to the newly redeveloped Finnieston area, and only a short walking distance of the SECC and Clyde Auditorium, India Quay overlooks the banks of the River Clyde, providing awe-inspiring views of the city’s famous Finnieston Crane, ‘Squinty Bridge’ and new Hydro Arena in the distance.India Quay’s menu is made up of long-established Indian favourites, but we do have a few surprises up our sleeve. Order the delicious Lamb Desi or Cheese, Chilli, and Coriander Naan Bread to see what we mean. The restaurant’s stark black and white interior oozes with understated style, though dashes of flamboyance accentuate the space. It’s the little details that make India Quay’s individuality stand out above the rest.
