Bar at quieter side of city centre. Clean and friendly. Bands play regulary and you can have a game of pool upstair. Bar meals good and reasonable and tables cleaned often.

The pub itself looks a little tired and worn, but the service was quick and friendly. It often has live music, and on these occasions the place comes to life and is then ell worth a visit.

Called into the Scotia for lunch and a few drinks. Food somewhat basic and uninspiring but very cheap. A real old pub with a great atmosphere .
